Guy is an FCA authorised and regulated independent investment advisor with over 20 years’ experience in senior Charity Investment manager roles working for a portfolio of established organisations which include Barclays, Lazard, Barings, and Heartwood Investment Management.
Guy is a Chartered Fellow and Chartered Wealth Manager of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), he has a diverse skill set with experience in audit, governance, grant-making, fundraising, and financial advice for over £300m charitable assets.
Guy believes in simplifying financial investment and empowering Charities to adopt a holistic approach to help preserve capital, manage appropriate levels of risk, and build long term relationships through good governance.
Guy began his career in the military, serving over 8 years in the British Army. Since leaving he has volunteered his experience and expertise to support military charities. Guy is currently a Trustee of the Army Central Fund and Chair of the investment, finances, and resources committees for Blind Veterans UK.
Passionate about supporting the Voluntary sector, Guy is Acting Chair for the advisory committee of The Armed Forces Charity Growth and Income Fund CAIF, a pooled multi-asset fund. In addition to his role as secretary of the Charity Investors Group, an independent group with a common interest in promoting a greater understanding of investment related issues for charities.
Guy is based in London and is also Co-Founder and Director of Yoke and Co, a specialist charity financial consultancy.

Lynn is an accomplished Charity Investment Consultant with over 25 years’ experience working in financial services, specialising in the voluntary sector.
Lynn has a Batchelors Degree in Mathematics and Statistics and is a Chartered Management Accountant with both ACMA and CGMA credentials. She began her career in the UK Life and Pensions industry working for a range of reputable organisations including Royal Life, Prudential Holborn, and Sun Life Broker Services in Liverpool.
Lynn gained over 10 years’ experience working in the finance department of large charity Notre Dame Trustee Company where she gained invaluable expertise in running endowment funds, cash-flow planning and the appointment and monitoring of external investment managers.
Prior to accepting a role as Director, Lynn established a positive reputation in the sector for her work with the Private Client Indices research team at Asset Risk Consultants (ARC). As Director, Lynn was responsible for initiating, developing, and leading the ARC charity services and she established the Charity Indices for peer group analysis on discretionary portfolios and Charity Multi Asset Fund Report.
Lynn is based in the Liverpool region and is committed to supporting the voluntary sector in and around her local community sharing her vast experience as a Trustee or advisor on numerous charity boards.
