• Rebuild surveys. These determine the correct building sum insured. Insurers can reduce claim payments of any size if a building is underinsured. We can arrange for our specialist partners to carry out a rebuild cost assessment for you.
• Safeguarding and abuse risk. Our advisors are trained to understand the issues around safeguarding and abuse risk, supporting you as you safeguard children and vulnerable adults in your care as part of your activities.
