We are delighted to invite you to a charity breakfast roundtable discussion, where we will be demystifying charity finances.

Leading the discussion will be Dr Rosemary Peters Gallagher, Partner at Moore (NI), and Charles Mesquita, Charities Director at Quilter Cheviot. They will cover:

• Regulatory landscape and good governance

• Oversight and internal controls

• Differences between management and statutory accounts

• How to get the best out of your audit

• Reserves, cash management and investment

You will hear from our experts in the field, learn from other charities’ experiences, and

have the opportunity to ask questions and share your views in an interactive format. We

will use several case studies to bring the subject to life. Additionally, there will also be

opportunities to network with peers before and after the main session.

Spaces are limited to 15, and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please

book early to avoid disappointment.

Who should attend?

This event is part of our charity educational programme, and is suitable for trustees and

senior management. The session will last no more than two hours and includes breakfast.
