We were delighted to host the­­ first Mayfair Capital Charity Investment Webinar on Thursday 18th June 2020.

The Webinar considered the landscape for charity investment in a Covid-19 world. The presentations from Mayfair Capital were divided into three key topics which focused on how the current crisis is impacting real estate, both from a capital and income perspective. We also assessed key trends that have arisen as a result of the pandemic and analyse the expected future impact on property investment. Simon Martindale, Fund Manager of the Property Income Trust for Charities also provided an update on the Fund (www.pitch-fund.co.uk).

We were also delighted to welcome Tom Montagu-Pollock, Manager of the Charity Multi-Asset Fund at Cazenove and we were able to gain his insight on managing charity portfolios through the crisis, what it meant for asset allocation and how to address the challenge of delivering income to investors.
