We were delighted to be joined by renowned strategist, financial markets historian and keeper of The Library of Mistakes Russell Napier who talked about ‘The history of financial repression – how governments take money from charities’. Additionally, attendees heard from Daniel Casali, Investment Strategist at Smith & Williamson, on the outlook for inflation. Finally, we addressed the topic ‘Sometimes taking no risk is the biggest risk’ – are you holding too much cash?
